Laureela boutique e-shop terms of use and privacy
1. General Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions of sale of Laureela Boutique e-store (hereinafter: e-store) are valid when purchasing from Laureela Boutique e-store. The seller of the goods is Laureela OÜ (hereinafter: the seller), registry code 14840531.
The terms and conditions apply to the legal relationship between all persons (hereinafter: the customer) and the seller when purchasing goods via the Laureela boutique e-store. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change and supplement the terms and conditions at any time by publishing the new terms and conditions on the Internet address. The customer can read the terms and conditions before making a purchase, and the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of the e-store when making a purchase. In addition to the terms and conditions, the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia applies to making a purchase from the e-store.
2. Buying help
2.1. Placing an order
Orders can be submitted in the e-shop either by logging in to the customer’s account or as an anonymous customer. The customer selects the desired goods from the e-shop and adds them to the shopping cart. The customer enters his / her data (first and last name, e-mail, telephone and address), selects the appropriate method of posting and payment and confirms the order.
DEADLINE FOR COMPLETION OF THE ORDER
The average time to complete an order is 4 weeks, but it may be longer in independent circumstances. If the Order cannot be fulfilled within 4 weeks, Laureela Boutique will notify you by separate e-mail.
2.2. Prices
All e-shop prices are in euros and without VAT. Laureela OÜ is not subject to VAT.
2.3. Payment
The customer pays for the goods in the payment environments offered by the seller, by bank transfer on the basis of the invoice. Before paying the invoice, the customer checks that the information provided in the invoice corresponds to the customer’s actual request. The customer pays the sale price of the goods and the delivery fee in full in advance. The seller will send the customer an e-mail confirmation and invoice upon receipt of the order. The sales contract between the seller and the customer enters into force upon receipt of the entire purchase amount paid by the customer to the seller’s current account or the payment environment used.
2.4. Delivery of goods
Orders are posted on weekdays (ER). Orders paid before 15:00 on a business day will be posted on the same day. If the seller fails to complete the customer’s desired products, the seller will contact the customer to agree on a replacement or compensation for the product.
The goods will be delivered according to the chosen mode of transport. Delivery prices are in the following table:

2.5. Exchange and return of goods
All products ordered from the Laureela boutique e-store have a 14-day right of exchange and return. In order to exchange or return the goods, a corresponding e-mail must be sent with the customer’s name and contact details, the defect in the goods and the recommended solution. The seller will reimburse the amount of the returned goods within 7 days from the return of the goods. In the event of an exchange, the seller will send the customer a new product once the product to be exchanged has been returned to the seller.
The shipping costs for return and exchange will be borne by the customer, unless the customer has been sent the wrong or defective product. The right of return and exchange does not extend to products that are open after delivery and unusable for hygienic reasons at the time of return.
2.6. Solving arguments
The seller shall not be liable for any damage or any other consequences arising from incorrect information provided by the customer during the execution of the order, including delays in delivery, if this is due to circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
The seller is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the ordered goods other than in accordance with the instructions for use.
Disputes between the seller and the customer are resolved by negotiation between the parties. If the agreement is not reached, the customer has the right to apply to the Consumer Protection Board (Peace Court 2 Tallinn 10130, http://www.tarbijakaitseamet.ee) and the Consumer Disputes Committee (Peace Court 2 Tallinn 10130, http://www.k komis.ee) for out-of-court settlement of disputes or to the Harju County Court.
3. Privacy Policy
3.1. Collection and processing of customer personal data
The seller uses the customer’s personal data in accordance with the requirements established in the Personal Data Protection Act. The seller collects personal data when registering an e-store account and / or placing an order. The seller collects personal data that is indispensable for fulfilling the orders placed in the e-shop and for contacting the customer. The personal data collected is the data requested from the customer when registering an account and / or placing an order (first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, shopping cart contents and purchase history, selected delivery destination).
The seller uses the collected personal data to fulfill the orders submitted in the e-shop (incl. For sending notifications related to the order), to deliver the orders and to send newsletters and customer offers with the prior consent of the customer. The seller has the right to use the collected personal data to better understand the customer’s expectations and to make personal offers accordingly.
3.2. Modification of personal data
The customer can view, change and delete the data submitted when registering the account by logging in to the Iluksuss customer environment. With the customer’s permission, the data can also be changed by Ilukuts employees.
If the customer has expressed a wish to receive newsletters and / or personal offers, the customer always has the right to cancel them by sending a corresponding notification to the e-mail address info@laureelabutiik.ee.
3.3. Protection of personal data
The personal data provided by the customer is processed in accordance with the relevant legislation of the European Union and the laws of the Republic of Estonia. The seller takes all precautions to protect the customer’s personal data. Only authorized persons shall have access to the processing of data. The seller does not transfer the customer’s personal data to third parties, except for service providers with whom cooperation is directly necessary when making a purchase from the e-store and delivering the order to the customer (companies offering payment solutions and courier services, accounting services). Data shall be provided to the relevant parties to the extent necessary for the provision of the respective service.
