The seller uses the customer’s personal data in accordance with the requirements provided for in the Personal Data Protection Act. The seller collects personal data when registering an e-store account and / or placing an order. The seller collects personal data that is indispensable for fulfilling the orders placed in the e-shop and for contacting the customer. The personal data collected is the data requested when registering the customer’s account and / or placing an order (first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, contents of the shopping cart and purchase history, selected delivery destination).

 

The seller uses the collected personal data to fulfill the orders submitted in the e-shop (incl. For sending notifications related to the order), to deliver the orders and informing about it that newsletters and customer offers. The seller has the right to use the collected data to better understand the customer’s expectations and to make personalized offers accordingly.

 

The customer can view, change and delete the data submitted when registering the account by logging in to the Iluksuss customer environment. With the customer’s permission, the data can also be changed by Ilukuts employees.

 

If the customer has expressed a wish to receive newsletters and / or personal offers, the customer always has the right to cancel them by sending a corresponding notification to the e-mail address info@laureelabutiik.ee.

The personal data provided by the Customer shall be provided in accordance with the relevant laws of the European Union and the Republic of Estonia. The seller takes all precautions to protect the customer’s personal data. Only authorized persons shall have access to the processing of data. The seller did not pass on the customer’s personal data to third parties, except for the provision of services, the cooperation of which is necessary when making a purchase from the e-store and delivering the order to the customer. The minimum necessary data for the provision of services shall be provided to the relevant parties.
